Paul Chudleigh, Director of Business Psychology
Paul is a Principal Practitioner of Business Psychology, with a wealth of experience in the assessment and development of individuals, teams and organisations. He has over ten years’ experience in the roles of Director of Learning and Development and Director of Operations within private sector consultancies.

A Chartered and Registered Occupational Psychologist, Kate has over 20 years of consulting experience in organisations across many sectors both locally and internationally. This includes coaching for a number of leading financial organisations including Goldman Sachs, Nomura, AON and Yorkshire Building Society.
Kate develops managers at a group and individual level through the application of psychology, advising on culture, leadership, selection, assessment and development. As a talented psychologist, trainer, coach and facilitator, she works in partnership with her clients to help them to achieve their potential. Kate completed her Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck College, University of London. Starting her career at Ashridge Management College, she has been employed by two leading occupational psychology consultancies specialising in assessment and development of people and organisations. Stephen Lambe, Business Psychologist
With over 20 years as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Stephen is passionate about people, psychology and helping clients to get out of their own way to achieve happiness and success. Stephen's career as an Occupational Psychologist began with the Metropolitan Police Service where he designed and managed all large scale internal promotion Assessment Centres. Manjula Bray, Business Psychology, Assessment Centres & Executive Coaching
Manjula is a highly experienced assessment professional specialising in selection and assessment systems using competency-based methods and psychometric tools. For over a decade she has coached individuals to implement change, reach full potential, overcoming fears and ultimately land their dream job.
From doctorate to judges, Manjula has developed expertise with legal professionals and public sector personnel from her work as an independent / lay member for public and judicial appointments. Dave Readle, Performance/Sports Psychologist
Dave is one of the UK’s top sport psychologists. With an extensive background in sport and performance, he consistently delivers world class results. With over 20 years of experience in sport, education and elite performance, he specialises in coaching teams and individuals on how best to achieve gold medal status.
Dave's drive to succeed led to him becoming a key team member on the performance of staff and athletes at the London 2012 Olympics and Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games. Most notably he worked with the highly successful Great Britain Cycling Team. Dave’s approach has been highly successful within sports and more recently in business, having worked with several corporate organisations. He has delivered numerous workshops as well as 1:1 executive coaching, and has become a key player for RW Learning, particularly within the delivery of the ‘Whole You’. Nathan Prosser, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Wellbeing Consultant
A strength and conditioning coach who has a real passion for human performance. Nathan became a rugby player with a premiership club at the age of sixteen and he has carried that same energy and enthusiasm for optimising human performance through into his life as a coach.
Nathan has a real talent for getting the desired response from a body and mind by creating the right stimulus and the perfect environment through educating and motivating all of the people he works with. Steve Crosby, Chartered Physiotherapist & Wellbeing Consultant
A Chartered Physiotherapist with 16 years of clinical practice, Steve is instrumental in driving RW Learning's innovative product, The Whole You, creating peak performance through physical optimisation. Steve has extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal disorders, where his thorough approach ensures clients get the right recovery strategy to achieve optimum function.
Coming from both the private and public sector, Steve has worked for BUPA, Liverpool University Sports Injuries Clinic, in general private practice and the NHS. As a physiotherapist with an extended role, he currently works alongside medical colleagues in an orthopaedic service and a busy NHS accident and emergency ward where he investigates results of X-Rays, blood tests, MRI, ultrasound scans and nerve conduction studies. Steve makes recommendations to physiotherapy teams on patient management, referring for operative procedures or signposting back to GPs. He undertakes and advises on joint and soft tissue injection for therapeutic use, an integral part of his practice, and is a non-medical prescriber, which greatly assists in injury management and recovery. Deborah Morgan Lewis, Bespoke Role Play Coach
Deborah is a professional and experienced actress with over 10 years’ experience, particularly in the field of corporate roleplay. In this time she has developed outstanding skills in delivering 'real' responses in a variety of business situations; enabling participants to demonstrate their skills in one-to-one and group interactions.
Deborah's topics include performance development, conflict situations, having difficult messages/conversations, coaching skills and holding collaborative meetings. In addition to this Deborah also has experience of roleplay through Forum Theatre. Deborah's working background has given her many experiences to draw from, in both public and private sectors. As an experienced role player Deborah is able to 'assess' the skill level of participants in order to stretch, challenge and encourage their performance within the roleplay. Bruno Cook, Bespoke Role Play & Coach
Bruno is a professional role player and has twelve years role playing experience covering many different styles of role play and training requirements including Forum Theatre, Managing Difficult Conversations, Coaching, Leadership Development and Performance Management.
Bruno always brings a high degree of realism to his role plays due to his varied working experience. This ranges from Industrial shop floor to general management within the entertainment sector to hospitality management. When roleplaying, he is expert at constantly monitoring the performance of his delegates to see whether they are comfortable with the role play, need additional 'push and stretch', that they are exhibiting the desired relevant qualities for the course, plus many other 'real time' decisions. Warren Bradley, Performance Nutritionist
As Lead Performance Nutritionist for England Rugby Sevens, Assistant Performance Nutritionist to England Rugby Union squad, and previously Lead Performance Nutritionist for Munster Rugby Union squad, Warren is at the forefront of Sport Nutrition, providing clients with the most up to date, scientifically relevant guidance.
A highly established Performance Nutritionist, Warren advises elite professional athletes across the UK. He is a PhD researcher in his field with numerous published papers, looking specifically at the macro and micronutrient intakes of elite rugby union players and re-writing text book guidelines on the nutrition practices of rugby. He also guest lecturers and oversees the placement scheme on the Sport Nutrition Masters course at Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU), placing and guiding students through work experience at numerous professional and semi-professional clubs.
